Roles and Responsibilities for Exhilarated Teams
Clarity of responsibility ownership and health for high performance teams
Workshop description
Every team is different, with its own unique needs and a variety of people who have different job titles and roles. It is not easy to fit them into a simple framework or model.
For a team to work well, everyone needs to know clearly what they are responsible for, no matter what their job title is or how the team is structured. It is also important to know how well each responsibility is being handled and how happy the person is about handling it.
When you put all of these things together, you create a responsibility map for your team. This map shows you where your team is strong and where there might be weaknesses. It helps you make plans to improve.
After the workshop, everyone on the team can say, "I know exactly what I am responsible for on this team!"
