Understanding and Accelerating our Agility

Reflect, evaluate, and engage in actions to take the team to awesome agility

Workshop description

Having regular self-assessments allows your team to reflect, understand, and evaluate the team’s agility maturity. It is through identifying and experimenting on improvement opportunities that the team can continue to flourish. It also promotes team collaboration, enhances communication, helps build trust and increases morale and engagement.

AgilityZen’s team self-assessment is a valuable tool that can help the team understand its strengths and weaknesses, identify areas for improvement, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

This workshop facilitates your team through one of AgilityZen’s outcome-focused self-assessments. We will examine the results together, discover insights, identify improvement experiments and actions, and determine next steps.

  • Scrum Master or the person responsible for the agility of the team
  • Anyone else who can help your team with insights about your agility, e.g. people leaders

What questions we will answer

  • What is our agility score?
  • What are our strongest and weakest agility outcomes?
  • What are our strongest and weakest Agile principles?

While retrospectives focus on the specific outcomes and experiences of a particular iteration or project, a broader team assessment provides a more comprehensive and strategic view of the team's overall performance, dynamics, and alignment with organizational goals. They are complementary.
